Ben G. Schachter is the Real Estate Broker and President of Quad Realty Investments, Inc. His role is particularly important to both the day-to-day operations of the company and the long range goals as set forth by the executive team. As the overseer of Quad’s 450+ person organization and 17 offices, he must ensure top down quality control for an extremely diverse organization. With intimate knowledge of the inner workings of each of Quad’s subsidiaries, Ben must make certain that there is a proper delegation of tasks and an effective management style to help promote the company’s successes on many levels.
As an undergraduate at The University of Florida, Ben studied Political Science and gained valuable experience working a part-time Real Estate job in Gainsville. While working to upper management as an employee of a regional real estate organization in Alachua County, Ben quickly found that his education in the field was much more exciting than his education on campus, so he redirected his concentration away from law and began to focus much more seriously on the real estate industry.
Upon graduation, Ben relocated to South Florida, where he became an integral part of his family’s mortgage banking business, as he helped the company grow to unprecedented levels. In addition to his work in the field of finance, Ben continued his real estate career and concentrated much of his efforts on the luxury and ultra-luxury new home and condominium market, selling properties throughout South Florida, Lee County and Volusia County, allowing him to develop experience working hands-on with clients from around the world, as investment in South Florida real estate became extremely popular in the early 2000’s. Additionally, Ben was able cultivate a firsthand knowledge of commercial real estate development as he was intimately involved with a mixed-use project in north-central Florida.
In 2006, Ben joined Quad Realty Investments, Inc. and became the firm’s President. With a comprehensive background in real estate sales, mortgage finance, marketing and business development, Ben was a good fit for the organization, which had experienced little growth during the decade prior to his arrival. The organization quickly underwent tremendous operational change under Ben’s leadership, as he encouraged the Signature staff and its Sales Agents, having the company and all of its Sales Agents join the local Board of Realtors®, thus giving everyone Multiple Listing Service access. Initially, the company had four low-volume real estate offices inside or near of the four Century Village® communities. With the change in management, the company quickly began to flourish as it expanded into several other on-site real estate offices including: Boca West, Addison Reserve, Wynmoor in Coconut Creek, Gleneagles Country Club in Delray Beach, Wycliffe Country Club, Madison Green Country Club in Royal Palm Beach and Kings Point in Delray Beach.
In addition to the extremely successful on-site real estate sales and leasing offices, Quad ventured into several other real estate related industries and Signature Title Group, LLC, an attorney-owned and operated title insurance company, Signature International Real Estate, LLC, a general practice real estate firm with Sales Agents all throughout South Florida and the Signature School of Real Estate, LLC, a fully-accredited real estate licensing and educational school.
As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Licensed Florida Property Manager and a member of the Graduate Real Estate Instituted (GRI)®, Ben is always eager to further his professional education and to bring more knowledge to the firm and its valuable team players. Jack Jaiven, a Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1975, served as Chief Financial Officer, or in other high-level financial capacities, for more than 30 years with several publicly-traded companies, including real estate development companies which constructed more than 35,000 condominium apartments in South Florida active adult retirement communities.
Since 2006, Jack’s business focus has been as an owner and Executive Vice President of Boca Raton-based The Signature Real Estate Companies, which owns and operates a highly successful and rapidly-expanding family of South Florida real estate brokerage firms with nearly 600 Realtors® and Real Estate Professionals in 13 residential and commercial real estate brokerage offices in Palm Beach & Broward Counties. In 2016, Signature brokered nearly 4,500 sales and rental transactions and was ranked as the 25th largest Real Estate Brokerage in Florida and #1 in Boca Raton in the 2017 Real Trends 500 Report. Signature also owns and operates a fully-accredited real estate licensing and educational school, Signature School of Real Estate, and a senior community placement service, Signature Senior Placement. In addition, Signature is one of the owners of an attorney-operated title insurance company, Signature Title Group, and a full-service insurance agency, Signature Insurance Advisors.
Since 2003, Jack has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of Boca Helping Hands, Inc., a not-for-profit organization which “provides food, medical and financial assistance to meet basic human needs as well as education, job training and guidance to create self-sufficiency”. Jack is also a Director and Vice President of Signature Gives Back, the not-for-profit corporation which serves as the charitable arm of The Signature Real Estate Companies. SGB’s mission is “to inspire members of the Real Estate community to support various charities and worthwhile causes through selfless volunteerism and financial contributions.” Previously, Jack served as an officer and Trustee of Temple Beth El of Boca Raton.
Jack has a B.B.A. degree from the City University of New York and served 2 ½ years in the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Grace, have been happily married since 1973, residing in South Florida since 1975. They have 2 sons: Ron, who earned his MBA from UCLA , enjoys a high-level position with eBay in San Francisco, and Eric, Signature’s Director of Agent Services, earned his MBA from the University of Miami and resides in Ft Lauderdale. Mark F. Levy was born in Palm Beach, Florida in 1955 and is a lifelong resident of Palm Beach County. Mr. Levy has been a member of the Florida bar since 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1977. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University Center for the Study of Law in 1980. Mark was a practicing attorney with a Palm Beach law firm from 1981 through 1985. From 1985 through 1990, he was the executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Communications and Cable, Inc., (CCI) a NASDAQ listed company. CCI owned and operated cable TV systems and later was a pioneer in the field of medical imaging storage. Since 1990, Mr. Levy has been President of Cenvill Recreation, Inc. which manages the recreation operations at all four Century Villages. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Levy has engaged in the acquisition, management, development and sale of residential and commercial real estate in South Florida. He also served as President of nStor Technologies Inc. a publicly traded technology company from 1996-1999.
Mr. Levy has served as the President of The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County since May 2010. He was its 2006 and 2007 annual campaign chair. He has also served as the Federation’s major gifts chair and Business & Professions chair. Mr. Levy previously served as President of the Jewish Community Day School, now known as The Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Academy. He chaired the Fulfilling the Vision capital campaign for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. He has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) since 2005 and has served on the board of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts since 2010.
Mr. Levy and his wife Stacey celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary in 2016. They have 2 adult children; Joshua A. Levy, is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and New York Law School. Jourdan M. Levy is a Graduate of the University of Indiana in Bloomington and she is currently a Law Student at John Marshall University in Chicago.

A native of Bucharest, Romania, Ioana has a diverse background ranging from the Olympics to Economics. Early in her career, Ioana moved to the United States, bringing with her a strong work discipline crafted as a result of her achievements in gymnastics, professional ballet, and a thorough grounding in economics as a result of her diverse and intense European education.
Being an alumna of the International Baccalaureate program and University of Economics and Business gave her a strong foundation in the workings of the European Market, World Economics, International Relations and Finance. In the United States, she built on that knowledge by mastering Banking, Business and Finance. After entering the Banking
profession, Ioana’s experience continued to broaden and deepen, covering retail and private banking, business development, portfolio management, financial analysis, strategic planning, operations, public relations and executive management, as well as mergers, acquisitions and contract negotiation.
Though she has received an International Woman in Business award from the Romanian Consulate in the USA as well as Excellence in Leadership award, Ioana takes pride in her various volunteer experience and causes. They include being a member of the Scholars Council for the George Snow Scholarship Fund, Director for the South Palm Beach board of the American Cancer Society, Investigator for Human Rights Watch, and a lifetime UNICEF member.

Kristen King Jaiven, Esq.
Kristen joined The Signature Real Estate Companies in 2016. Kristen has diverse corporate and real estate experience, including working for three international companies. While attending law school at night, Kristen worked for Hilton’s timeshare brand, Hilton Grand Vacations, in the areas of regulatory compliance and later as a corporate paralegal. After law school, Kristen went to work for Global Tower Partners, which later merged into American Tower Corporation. As in-house counsel for American Tower Corporation, she focused on commercial real estate transactions that protected company assets. Most recently, Kristen worked with a non-profit food bank, Farm Share, where she tackled the field of food insecurity in South Florida.
Kristen is co-author of The Value of South Florida Real Estate when A1A is Under Water: Sea Level Rise and Private Property Rights (Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar’s Spring 2015 ActionLine Issue), and co-author of a chapter on factory farming in WHAT CAN ANIMAL LAW LEARN FROM ENVIRONMENTAL LAW? (Randall S. Abate, ed., ELI Press, Sept. 2015). Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Justice, and an LL.M. in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School with a Certificate in Food and Agriculture Law. In Kristen’s free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, Eric, spending time with her Australian shepherd, Sebastian, and doing yoga.

Dale joined Quad Realty Investments in April of 2011 as the Director of Compliance and Training, which involves reviewing all contract files for compliance. He is also the Chief Administrator/Instructor for the Signature School of Real Estate, LLC.
A trained educator, Dale has been involved in the real estate profession and has been presenting the Florida Real Estate Commission required pre-licensing course since 1978. He has held various positions at many of the largest real estate firms in South Florida and trained thousands of agents. Dale has edited the “Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices and Law” textbook and has been called upon many times as an expert witness for litigations regarding real estate transactions.
With over 35 years in the South Florida real estate market, Dale brings experience, expertise and a passion for the profession that is unmatched. Prior to entering the real estate field, Dale was a High School Physics teacher, Dale and his wife, Lori, are residents of Boca Raton and one the proud grandparents of three.

Gail has over 15 years in Training and education experience. Working with the new and existing agents to help them reach their goals is her greatest joy.
Her classes are designed to get the agents to understand the techniques of selling and how to successfully work with their customers. It will train them from an agents view of how to take a transaction from Listing to Closing.
Born and raised in New York City, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and two grandsons who reside in Atlanta.

Laurie Dubow is the Co-Broker of one of our Luxury Divisions, Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC, as well as Co-Broker of our Commercial Division Signature Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Laurie brings a unique perspective to the current Real Estate Market. Along with her extensive Real Estate and Mortgage expertise, she has a 20 year background in counseling, with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and a Post-Masters in Business Administration.
As the founder and owner of the full service Real Estate Company, Paradise Realty International, LLC, Laurie merged her Real Estate Brokerage with the Signature Real Estate Companies in September of 2014, forming the Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC and one of our referral divisions, Signature Paradise Realty Associates, LLC. This marriage has created the best of both worlds, offering the opportunity to continue providing the personalized “Concierge Service” that she has become known for while utilizing the infrastructure of the expansive Signature Real Estate Companies. The result has become a true Real Estate Concierge, and we are very proud of the work that we do.
A Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Laurie acquired her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation as well as her (REOS) Real Estate Owned Specialist Designation in order to better navigate through the challenges of our current market. This training included instruction on how to perform a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or Letter of Opinion of Value, which she has utilized in her extensive experience testifying in court as an expert witness regarding the value of homes and circumstances surrounding the sale of homes. She is a published author of more than 20 articles on a variety of current real estate and mortgage topics, and is currently the Real Estate Editor of Attorney at Law Magazine.
In addition to helping her customers consider their housing options, and mentoring her Team of over 20 REALTORS®, Laurie is often asked to give workshops and speak to organizations on a myriad of Real Estate related topics.
Specializing in working with couples going through divorce and individuals going through other types of life transitions, she was the sole Real Estate and Mortgage presenter for 4 years at a monthly workshop entitled “Second Saturday: What Women Need to Know About Divorce”, where she was referred to as the
“Real Estate and Mortgage Expert”. Other related projects have included being the speaker at the Divorce Expo, and a guest on two internet TV shows, Divorce Connection Network and Good Karma Designs.
Laurie’s presentation and perspective of “the Emotional, Psychological, and Financial Factors to Consider When Deciding Whether or Not to Stay In Your Home” is the culmination of over 35 years of experience. She is uniquely qualified to help customers, REALTORS®, and other professionals understand and analyze Real Estate options and achieve goals through real estate and mortgage restructuring, and follow through with a plan that best suits individual needs and circumstances. Matthew H. Maschler represents a select clientele of buyers and sellers of Florida real estate. A graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and Touro Law Center where he focused on real estate law, Matthew has always been a real estate guy. Matthew is a member of the Realtors’ Assoc. of the Palm Beaches, the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and The Naples Area Board of Realtors and serves on HOA boards.
Aside from his real estate work, Matthew lends support to numerous charities, and is on the board of directors of Frank Mckinney’s Caring House Project Foundation, where in direct contrast to selling housing to the wealthiest people on earth, Matthew builds homes for the poorest.

Lanash Latheef is a South Florida based independent graphic designer, current media & arts school student, and entrepreneur from the young age of 20. Lanash has developed everything from logos, posters, catalogs, and product packaging to websites, building signage, and semi-trailer wraps for clients throughout the U.S. and internationally. He is a critical thinker who regularly analyzes the successes and failures of current marketing and social media strategies, both in corporate America and popular culture, and implements those ideas into his own work.
Always working on multiple projects, if he’s not designing a site or a logo for a client, he’s creating a new design project for himself or re-designing a current site. From hip artist, to professional streamline, his creativeness seeks the diverse audience of the web and its many impressionists to exhibit his range of design capabilities.
Lanash was born and raised in Dubai, U.A.E where he resided for 18 years. He moved with his family to sunny Boca Raton, Florida in 2001. He loves to travel and has had the pleasure of exploring 7 states of the USA and 9 other countries. Lanash loves his career and is passionate about our company.
Krystle, a former Jamaican native, graduated from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with a Major in Visual Communications. While attending art school she also obtained certification in Professional Make-up Artistry, a hobby that turned into part of her budding career.
With formal training in both fields and being from a strong music and artistic background, Krystle successfully fused all her talents to start a freelancing services in Video Production, Make-up and Graphic Designs. In January 2013 Krystle released an online Fashion, Art, Entertainment and Lifestyle Magazine called Karee Kuorum, where she fills the roles of Editor-In-Chief and Creative Director.

A Wisconsin native and Signature’s creative Graphic Designer, sees herself as a true “Renaissance” individual—someone who offers the company a wide range of outstanding, multi-talented skills and expertise. Hired in December, 2014, Amy is an accomplished Visual Arts staffer who designs logos, re-touches photos, and contributes to the layouts of Signature’s vast array of printed and on-line materials. Prior to joining Signature, Amy earned two degrees in the Culinary Arts from The Florida Culinary Institute and still found time to be successful in the picture framing business.

After a stint as an Operations Manager at an online university, Eric received his real estate license in 2006 and joined the Quad Realty Investments team. He has worked as a real estate agent, a director in the property management division, and now serves as a resource for agents company-wide.
Eric was born and raised in South Florida; he received a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University of Miami. Eric lives in Fort Lauderdale with his beautiful wife Kristen and their dog, Sebastian. He loves to travel and watch sports in his spare time.
Heidi E. Willson

Heidi is from Michigan and has 3 older siblings that reside in Illinois, West Virginia and Michigan. Her “kids” are her 2 cats, Bruiser and Bubba. Before coming to Florida, Heidi worked for Western Electric for 9yrs and then went to Cosmetology School, where she received a Nail Tech license. Heidi was employed for 15yrs at Michael’s Nail and Jewelry store.
Heidi worked for RE/MAX for 10 years, where she started out answering phones but was promoted to handling the escrow for 130 agents. Heidi then moved to Wellington, Florida and started working for Quad Realty Investment. She started out by managing The Fountains Country Club Real Estate and now manages Signatures, Wycliffe Realty, LLC office.

Damian was born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Michigan, Montana and South Florida. After graduating Phi Theta Kappa with a full scholarship from the Wayne Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship, Damian joined The Signature Real Estate Companies.
Damian plays an important role in helping capture and maintain Signature’s Lead Generation Database and CRM, while working with Senior Management in planning, implementing, and tracking of specific short-term projects.
Currently getting his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Damian enjoys volunteering with the Signature Gives Back Committee, traveling, playing sports, spending time with his family and selling real estate.

Michael was raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. His family and upbringing instilled the work ethic and code of conduct he uses to this day. Michael places high value on communication and relationship building, which is why he is a perfect fit for his position at Quad Realty Investment. Michael believes in leading by example and credits his leadership and customer service qualities to his mentor Ben Schachter. Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University. He recently married his best friend and is a proud father of a son and daughter. Coming from a musically inclined family, Michael is passionate about music and is currently recording his first album.

Marvin D. Schachter was a member of the firm of Mortgage World which he jointly founded in Boca Raton Florida , and served as a Senior Vice President at Wall Street Private Equity Group,Inc.
Mr. Schachter has more than twenty- five years of experience serving as former president of Pension and Profit Sharing Consultants, Inc. He was an associate memeber of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and has lectured extensively on business and financial matters for many business and professional organizations. He hold s a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Long Island University where he majored in Economics and attended Brooklyn Law School.
As Signature’s resident writer, Phil Fishman brings to the table many years of extensive Real Estate experience combined with a successful career in both Education and Journalism. Since 2014, Phil has written website and brochure copy for the company’s on-site real estate offices and biographical sketches of Quad’s Administrative staff. Phil received an M.A in Journalism from The Ohio State University and currently is both a full-time Instructor of English at Barry University and a Writing Consultant/Tutor at FAU. The Boston native is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.
Elisa “Lisa” Rocque

Lisa joined The Signature Real Estate Companies as a Realtor in 2009 and has since become part of the management team. In her role as Director of Special Events Lisa is responsible for planning all of Signature’s broker and customer open houses as well as trade shows and public functions which exceed more than 50 high profile events each year.
Lisa also plays an integral part in the growth of our ever expanding family of Realtors. Through networking and her extremely outgoing personality, she is consistently recruiting students for our ever-growing school, as well as recruiting existing agents that want to join the fastest growing brokerage in all of South Florida.
Lisa grew up in New York and settled in Boca Raton upon graduating from Lynn University. She has worked in many customer service related positions before getting into Real Estate. Lisa loves her career and is passionate about our company. She considers her greatest accomplishments to be her 2 teenage daughters, Ashley and Lindsey.

The Director of Information Technology today holds a most important position in the day to day operation of successful companies and no one is better suited to making sure Signature is operating at peek efficiency than Frank Ugarte. This New York native and University of Florida grad has spent over 20 years in the high tech field with an emphasis on the latest state- of –the- art wi-fi and security systems and the implementation and maintenance of the newest hardware and software designs. If a problem or glitch exists or suddenly appears throughout any area of Signature’s multi-supportive Real Estate technology system, you can count on Frank to both address, permanently fix the problem, and follow-up with insightful, clear explanation.

Shan was born in Bucharest, Romania to diplomat parents. As with diplomatic communities, Shan grew up travelling, spending most of his time in Russia and the US. After finishing his bachelor’s from the University of Virginia, he was on his way to join Johns Hopkins to get his master’s when a friend suggestion he start working for Raysat Antenna System.
During Shan’s decade plus IT career working for Raysat, Harmony Information Systems, and American Diabetes Association (ADA). While with ADA, the position took Shan to 48 of 50 US states. While on these tours Shan’s passion for experiencing new cultures and places grew.
An opportunity to pursue an MBA degree in Cloud Computing at Liverpool John Moore’s University, found Shan pulling up roots in2012 to travel to Ireland. Achieving his MBA opened up a new world of management and understanding of the business value the IT industry has at global scale.
Looking to settle down in South Florida, Shan was immediately impressed by Ben’s innovative approach to the real estate business. Carolyn Raff is an accomplished Realtor, who first joined the Quad family in June 2012 as a Residential Specialist with the Signature International Team. In May of 2013, she was selected to initiate the Internet Leads Department as the Director of Client Services. Carolyn is the first point of contact for our many clients who contact us locally, nationally, and internationally.
Carolyn’s immediate success may be attributed to her many years of experience in planning and logistics as an Operations Officer for a law enforcement agency. Her “ready to respond” attitude has stimulated the company to achieve higher levels of success through innovative technology.
Carolyn grew up in New York and graduated Bernard M. Baruch College with a BBA in Marketing Management. She has fond memories of the 10 years she worked at the World Trade Center.

Michelle Domenech is our wonderful office manager for our Deerfield Beach Century Village Real Estate office. Michelle is a former native of the Bahamas, where she graduated high school before moving to Florida in 1981. Michelle attended Atlantic Technical Institute where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and an Associate’s Degree in Front Office Management.
After graduation, Michelle started her career with Quad Realty Investment in our Boca Raton office, where she became the office liaison between our clientele, residents and vendors. Michelle has been with the company for many years, and her leadership has helped with the expansion and growth of our company.
Michelle transferred to our Deerfield Beach location 14 years ago and in that time obtained her Real Estate license. She takes pride and joy in being able to run her office in a very professional manner and currently oversees 11 Real Estate agents.
Michelle is an eager and enthusiastic individual who is always ready to learn new things.

Joan is a native Floridian, born and raised in Palm Beach County. She is an alumna of Cardinal Newman and is one of 11 children and is very involved with the community. Natalie grew up in South Florida, graduating from Plantation High School. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Miami Dade College in Criminal Justice, and most recently, worked for several years as a Brokers assistant at a local real estate company. As the office manager at Wynmoor Village, she is known for having a positive attitude and being very adaptable – her favorite quote is “nothing in life is constant, except change.”
Natalie is very family oriented and loves to get involved in her daughter’s softball career. She is also very competitive and enjoys spending time outdoors, so you might see her frequently either playing kickball or on the beach. She also enjoys to volunteer her time at her daughter’s school and plans on participating in many Signature Gives Back events. Natalie is an invaluable part of the Signature Real Estate Companies.

Dawn Gurdian is an accomplished professional with many years of bookkeeping experience. She was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois where she received her degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois, Springfield. Her family owns and operates a real estate and appraisal company in the Midwest that spans three generations.
Dawn has held her real estate license in Florida for over 20 years. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have carried over from working in the corporate private investigative and real estate businesses. Dawn says “Working with Quad Realty Investments, Inc. is a perfect fit”.
Dawn keeps busy with her family, 3 college aged children, church friends, and exercising.

Cindy has been in the real estate business for 9 years. In 2011, she obtained her real estate license through the Signature School of Real Estate and also became the manager of the Kings Point office.
As the office manager at Kings Point Signature Real Estate, Cindy is involved in the day functions of the office including MLS input, banking and advertising. She is a big proponent of the green movement, as she also teaches the agents how to conduct business in a paperless environment.
Cindy has resided in South Florida for 11 years with her husband and three children.

Karen strongly believes that clear communication and interaction with clients is a key to a highly efficient operation. Karen relocated from Peru 15 years ago where she worked in both the Banking and entertainment fields. With her two daughters, Karen enjoys the many outside social and cultural activities that Florida offers.

Denise Lazzaruolo has been in Real Estate management since 1991. She is directly involved in the day to day functions of the office and acts as the liaison between office staff and senior management of the company.
Prior to joining Quad Realty Investment, Denise was employed by Carlton Brokerage, a major holder of real estate assets, which owns and manages approximately 5000 luxury apartments located throughout Long Island and New York City.
Denise was born and raised on Long Island, New York. She attended St. Johns University, where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Office Technologies/Business Management. Denise recently relocated to Florida to be closer to her family and escape the cold winters of New York. In her spare time, Denise loves to cook and spends a lot of time in the kitchen with her daughter who will be attending a culinary school to fulfill her dream as a chef.

Cindy has been managing the Hollybrook Realty office since 2008. She has complete confidence and experience in all phases of the business from accounting to writing contracts and working on the MLS.
Cindy also has over 25 years of experience in managing, consulting, and owning Assisted Living facilities. She has tremendous social skills, as she has personally worked with the elderly and their families in making critical decisions.
Cindy graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Criminal Justice and from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale with a degree in Culinary Arts. Overall, Cindy is well established and a seasoned veteran when working with others and when faced with various business-related challenges.

Enthusiasm and experience reflect Linda Lancara’s work ethic as the Office Manager at Century Village Boca Raton. Linda moved to South Florida from New York in 1996, serving as The Director of Operations for an Optical Buying Group. Before joining the Quad Companies, she honed her management skills for eight years as an Administrative Assistant in Lynn University’s Development Office, working directly with high-end academic donors. Linda has created a positive on-site work environment and welcomes the constant flow of interested buyers and sellers. Her out of office passions include Yoga and weekend nature walks.

Rachel has been an administrative professional with Signature Real Estate for several years. Rachel loves interacting with clients & agents on a daily basis. Having a pleasant, professional, & cheerful attitude is important to her.
Outside of work, Rachel is a volunteer for 4Kids of South Florida, a non-profit organization committed to providing a home for every child in crisis. She keeps herself busy with church, family, & friends.
